No worries! During checkout, you can provide delivery instructions for our courier. Our boxes are designed to keep products fresh for up to 12 hours, and we use temperature-controlled packaging for temperature-sensitive items.
Most of our products are harvested or produced to order, meaning they're only picked, prepared, or made after you place your order. We work with local farms to ensure minimal time between harvest and delivery, and our logistics system is optimized to maintain freshness throughout the delivery process.
